The Distance Learning Services Arch


Teams pop the ballons in orden to have pieces of information ralated with the ISO 29994

Objective:

The aim of this game is to pop balloons to find messy steps of the Information provided prior to the acquisition of distance learning services Then, they must arrange them in the right order working cooperatively in their own teams.

The game was really challange for students at the moment of popping  the ballons.At this station, participants were exploring the orden of the Information provided prior to the acquisition of distance learning services of the ISO 29994.

Participants made a line following an order to pop the ballons, just in one of the ballons contained a bag with the steps of  the Information provided prior to the acquisition of distance learning services. The clues are initially presented out of order. Once they pop the ballon with that bag they had to order those steps. 

At the end, the arch was formed by participants.They  learned the essential components of providing comprehensive information about distance learning services, aligning with the ISO 29994 standards


Roles & Insights:

  • Particpants were partipanting actively in groups to achieve an objective related to group cohesion, improved communication, and/or social skills 
  • ISO 29994 aims to improve transparency and enhance the credibility of distance learning service It helps safeguard customers by avoiding unfair.
  • However, ISO 29994 is not intended for schools, colleges, or universities that offer distance learning as part of their official education 
  • Compliance with the standard can improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and transparency of learning services. It can also enhance the credibility of learning services and the service provider.
